the need for high speed Internet Access is
increasing, and as part of Cyberia's continuous
effort to provide the Lebanese market with new
services to meet the customers' demands, we are
pleased to announce the launch of a new
service whereby broadband Internet
access is brought to residential customers.
The Service
Broadband Internet
access means NO MORE 33.6 or 56 Kbps speed
restrictions, NO MORE disconnections and NO MORE
busy phone line at home. In short, this service
allows you to get rid of the analog phone line
limitations. Today you can benefit from a faster
connection with unlimited time online: Browse
the Internet, download large files, exchange
e-mails and chat endlessly with friends and
relatives, all for a FIXED monthly subscription
fee.

Service Limitations
The service will only be offered to
residential customers and has a preset number of
sessions limiting to one (1) the number of PCs
that can use a subscription at a time.
Coverage
Currently the below areas are covered however a
site survey is needed to confirm the service
provision.
Areas covered: Beirut, Tripoli, Jounieh, Jbeil and Saida.
Installation Conditions
For this service to be installed at your
premises, the following conditions have to be
met:
1- The service should be used at a residential
apartment.
2- There should be 3 or more subscribers in the
same building.
3- The building is covered by one of the
transmission stations (condition determined by a
site survey).
Service Delivery
The installation should take 10 to 15 days from
service order date, provided that the order
meets the Installation Conditions; order date
being the date you fill in and submit the online
order form.
