SALES REPRESENTATIVE

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Responsible for day-to-day running of Cyberia’s Broadband Sales activities by achieving sales target and increasing sales opportunity.

REQUIREMENTS:

University graduates, 1-2 years experience
  Presentable & Excellent communication skills
  Excellent team player & Ability to work under pressure
  Fluency in English & Arabic; French is a plus

SOFTWARE ENGINEER/ANALYST

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Development and analysis on existing internal and external systems
Formulate, design and communicate logic for new systems or system enhancements.
Management of the successful delivery of the tasks to specifications, and on time.
Provide technical support of applications, which may include editing system functionalities from the administration of simple features to the implementation of complex newly added requirements.
Building and maintaining on an Intranet Billing System.
Full Development Life Cycle and Analysis of Customers’ Projects .

REQUIREMENTS:

Solid knowledge in building Windows and Web Applications using the .NET Platforms version (Framework 1.1).
  Ability to implement client side scripting such as JavaScript and DHTML
  Strong knowledge in SQL Server and MySQL databases administration and implementation.
  Customer interaction and requirement gathering abilities
  Knowledge sharing and providing the appropriate technical and logical assistance to any member in the department
  More than 2 years of technical experience in software development.
  Strong Communication and writing skills.
  MCAD or MCSD is a plus

CUSTOMER CARE OFFICER

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Performs day-to-day operations to provide technical expertise to customers to resolve connection problems.

REQUIREMENTS:

Technical diploma or equivalent
  1-2 years experience in software/hardware.
  Good communication skills.
  MCSE certification is an asset
