JOB DESCRIPTION:
Performs day-to-day
operations to provide technical expertise to
customers to resolve connection problems.
REQUIREMENTS:
Technical diploma or
equivalent
1-2 years experience in
software/hardware.
Good communication skills.
MCSE certification is an
