Our rewards cover High Speed Internet through ADSL (requires a phone line) and other Wireless and portable products (can be used anywhere with network coverage).

Get your membership card at any TSC location and start collecting points to trade them with the High Speed Internet service of your choice.

Points can be exchanged with new Internet subscriptions only. Existing users can subscribe to a different service if needed or pass their points to a friend/relative.

		TERMS AND CONDITIONS
	1.	After accumulating the required points, TSC members will ask for their redemption voucher from any TSC store to exchange it for CYBERIA services.
	2.	The voucher shall be valid for a period of 3 months as of the issuance by TSC
	3.	Voucher holder can transfer the voucher to a third party who can submit it to CYBERIA with a copy of the original card holder ID
	4.	Voucher valid only at CYBERIA offices at Hamra Square, Hamra Street
	5.	TSC Members who are eligible to benefit from the voucher shall provide CYBERIA with the original voucher
	6.	The voucher can only be used once and in full amount and cannot be redeemed for cash
	7.	Members should call CYBERIA for an appointment to submit the voucher and apply for Internet Services
	8.	After applying for CYBERIA Internet Services, Voucher holders will agree with CYBERIA on an estimated installation date.
	9.	Voucher applies only to new CYBERIA users/accounts
		Existing CYBERIA users can pass the voucher to a friend/relative or apply for a second account or a different service
		New CYBERIA accounts are defined as follows: - ADSL: A new ADSL account is one that applies with a new Fixed Telephone number that is not yet on CYBERIA customers' list. - Wireless: A new Wireless account is one that buys a Wireless Service CPE (modem) with at least one month subscription
	10.	CYBERIA does not guarantee availability of the service or the service speed offered through the voucher at customer premise. Service availability and the speed are subject to a feasibility and site check. A Voucher holder might be asked to settle for a lesser speed due to limitations at his location of service installation
