cost?
A. FreeFax is a service provided to Cyberia customers at no cost at all,
hence the name.
Q. What software do I need to use
this service?
A. Other than your web browser (such as MS Internet Explorer or Netscape
Navigator), FreeFax does not require any special additional software.
Q. How do I know what area codes are
covered?
A. By clicking on the 'Coverage' link on the top menu, you can check the
validity of your area code, and check whether it is covered or not.
Q. What file formats can I attach to
my faxes?
A. Microsoft Word and Excel documents as well as TIFF graphics are
supported by FreeFax as attachments.
Q. How many documents can I attach
to my fax?
A. You can attach only four documents to a single fax. If you need to
attach more than four, you can send the rest in other faxes.
Q. Can I send a fax in simple text
and attach a document to it at the same time?
A. Sure. FreeFax supports both formats at the same time as long as the
conditions mentioned above are met.
Q. How do I know if a fax was
transmitted successfully?
A. Upon sending a fax, a notification will be sent to your e-mail
address, that's why it is important to fill in your e-mail address in
the field provided in the fax composition page.
Q. How many faxes am I allowed to
send?
A. Currently FreeFax allows you to send up to 5 messages per a day if
you have a valid Cyberia dial-up account.
