Mobi is a wide area wireless broadband data service offering
high speed Internet access connection. Whether at home, at a
friend’s place, in a meeting, on a remote job site, at a resort
or anywhere on the road Mobi offers connectivity to individuals
and corporate users anywhere they happen to be.
Mobi provides a new kind of portability and freedom that
traditional wired networks cannot offer. You can maintain this
connection in an always-on mode and you no longer need to wait
until you get to a location providing Internet connectivity.
All you need to benefit from this service is a wireless modem
and a monthly subscription with Cyberia.
The Hardware Three types of the wireless modem are available.
1. Desktop Wireless Modem
Supporting both USB and Ethernet interfaces, this modem
can be used with any type of computers. You only need to
have a free USB port or an Ethernet port to get ready
for connection to the Internet.
When used in Ethernet mode, this modem can be used to
share the connection among multiple PCs using a
broadband access router that supports PPPoE.
2. USB Card Wireless Modem
and dongle modem
Get the best of both worlds. No matter whether you have
a Mac or a Desktop or Laptop PC, this small light weight
and easy to carry USB Card modem will get you connected
to the Internet in no time.
3. PC Card Wireless Modem (PCMCIA)
Turn your laptop into an optimized business
communications tool in a matter of minutes. This easy to
use PC Card modem provides the ultimate online freedom
for people on the move.
