an unprecedented level of high-speed Internet Access. Free from
any wire hooked to the wall, WIGO is delivered to you via a
small size battery-operated wireless modem. Whether at home, at
work, in a meeting or on the road, just hook your modem to your
PC and get connected.

The Hardware
Three types of the wireless modem are available.

 New Desktop Wireless Modem
The New WIGO Modem is only 115 Grams and 10x8.5 cm, with
replaceable and re-chargeable battery that lasts up to 2 hours.
It comes either with a USB or an Ethernet cable, if connected
via USB it is directly powered from your PC.
The Ethernet version of this modem can also be used to share the
connection among multiple PCs using a broadband access router
that supports PPPoE..

 PC Card Wireless Modem (PCMCIA)
Best suitable for laptops, this light weight and
wire-free PC Card is the most convenient portable
broadband modem. Once plugged into the PCMCIA slot of
your laptop, it provides high speed Internet access at a
click of a button..
Operating System Support
Both wireless
modems support Windows 98 SE, ME, 2000, and XP. In
addition, the desktop modem supports the MAC OS via
PPPoE through the MAC’s Ethernet port.
